Two Biology science labs and a central collaboration area
In the Biology labs and central collaboration area, we made several replacements and installations. We replaced the roof, lights, doors, windows, and flooring (DPM) as well as the electrics, plumbing, and air conditioning. Additionally, we installed the window blinds and placed furniture, both fitted and loose.

We also implemented a new décor, complying with the Wellington College colour scheme to maintain consistency with the décor of the other science blocks. Furthermore, we installed glass back-painted panels in the Central area on both walls to allow students to write on them during workshops and classes.

Three brew rooms
We worked on various elements for the brew rooms such as replacing the plumbing, electrics, worktops, flooring, and ceiling. We installed new wipeable ceiling tiles, cabinets and white hygienic wall cladding on all walls, covering existing welded joints. Additionally, we provided and installed new radiators and updated the door, frame, window, cupboard, and sloping wall.

Three washrooms
We renovated the washrooms by completely removing everything down to the brick walls and rebuilding them. This included installing new mechanical and electrical services, lighting, hygienic wall cladding, ceilings, and floors. Additionally, we added nine showers, sixteen cubicles, a bath, and all the necessary vanity units and toilets.
