Our initiatives also engage students directly, introducing them to real-world career opportunities in the FF&E industry.
£80,000 contributed to charitable causes over the last 12 months
At Pinnacle, we believe in giving back to communities both locally and globally. We’re proud to support RRT, a Christian charity providing food, aid, and comfort during emergencies; the Venkat Trust, which transforms the lives of children in the fishing village of Kovalam, near Chennai in India; and The Grace Trust, which helps those facing hardship across the UK.
Through volunteering and regular donations, our team is committed to supporting those who bring hope and relief to others.
Pinnacle partners with Venkat Trust
Pinnacle is proud to partner with the Venkat Trust, a charity transforming education in the fishing village of Kovalam, near Chennai, India. Founded in 2004, the Trust has built schools and supported thousands of children through all stages of learning. This partnership reflects Pinnacle’s commitment to creating better educational opportunities and supporting communities through lasting, meaningful impact.

Supporting local education
Our management team actively engages with local schools, both formally as governors and informally through volunteering. We challenge traditional teaching methods and promote tech-driven learning to help develop life-ready students. Committed to giving 2–3 hours weekly, we support post-16 students with mock interviews, CV writing, and career guidance as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Work experience
Pinnacle actively builds strong connections with local schools and the community by offering students opportunities for work shadowing and experience. We host programs focused on roles like interior design and visualisation, helping students make informed university and career choices. Our open days also give students the chance to meet our design team, explore live projects, and learn about the diverse roles within our company.
