Our Sales Director, Andrew, is full of random facts and useful information. A fount of knowledge, no matter how trivial, random, inconsequential - Andrew knows it! Never go against him in a pub quiz!

Barclay, our Business Development Executive, brings energy and enthusiasm to every client relationship. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him tuning into his favourite tracks or hitting the squash court for a game or two.

Bill, leads our Preconstruction Team and has built a strong, motivated team. He is sociable, funny and loves playing sport (as long as its nothing too crazy).

Brian enjoys spending his spare time taking his dogs on long walks and looking after his classic car, which he'sproudly owned for over 20 years.

When she’s not busy with strategy and communications, Head of Marketing Claire loves to be in the great outdoors, running, paddle boarding or playing with her 4 boys. An avid baker, every activity always finishes with cake!

Daryl, our Managing Director, leads by example with his energy and enthusiasm for new ideas & opportunities. Encouraging others to grow and is always willing to listen, advise and support.

Ella, our Project Support, keeps things organised and moving smoothly across every stage of a project. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good book or heading out for a run to clear her mind.

Digital Lead, Ellie has always been interested in Interior Design, even before she knew what it was! As a child she was constantly rearranging the furniture in her bedroom. Thankfully her parents didn't mind!

Ethan’s a big Arsenal fan, a movie-night regular, and a foodie always hunting down new recipes and restaurants. When he’s not in the kitchen or cheering at the TV, he’s hanging out with friends and family.

Evie, our Project Support is a passionate individual who loves reading fiction books, staying active with gym classes, and enjoys peaceful walks with her dog. Her diverse interests reflect a vibrant personality and dedication to well-being.

Our car-boot fanatic Fran loves discovering and upcycling vintage furniture, inspired by her passion for all things design!

Fraser's original brand of easy going nature inter-mixed with witty quips has had such a positive influence on the office, he can always brighten up your day. Very handy in the Business Development team.

When not in the office, you can normally find Jason, our Estimating Manager, tucked away with his family camping.

Project Manager, Jodie, loves spending her spare time taking her dog on long walks and playing netball.

Kathryn, loves life drawing, upcycling furniture, crochet...basically anything creative...perfect for a Lead FFE Designer When she’s not making, she’s baking gluten free treats or searching for sea glass treasures on Brighton beach.

A devoted Brighton & Hove Albion fan and vinyl enthusiast, Keith also loves getting outdoors with his drone or taking his BMW E63 650i V8 for a weekend spin. He especially enjoys visits to Bidford-on-Avon to see his grandchildren, Zachary and Sienna.

Libby is one of our lead FF&E designers with a sharp eye for detail! When she’s not crafting pixel-perfect work, you’ll find her curled up with a good book or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her weekends? Usually spent knee-deep in home renovations and DIY adventures. She's as handy with a hammer as she is with a design brief!

Lorena is a sourdough baker, avid reader, and nature enthusiast who finds joy in crafting cozy things through knitting and crochet. Her curiosity and creativity shine through everything she does, whether she's trying a new recipe or designing innovative school spaces.

Product Manager, Marcus, always goes the extra mile. Ever the perfectionist, he has a love of latte art work and technical drawings!

Maria, our Commerical Manager will always go the extra mile. A favourite type of holiday is touring around Europe on motorbike.

Operations Director, Mark Allen, has a busy life with his family, their dog, rabbit and three chickens, he has spent many evenings renovating his house for his ever-growing family. When he's not busy project managing or with his family, he loves participating in sports, from cricket to cycling.

Our Senior Design Consultant, Matt, is a keen mountain biker and manager of downhill mountain bike races.

Our Project Manager, Matthew, likes to coach his son’s rugby club, defend his STRAVA KOM, and drink whisky, although he hasn’t managed all three at once yet.

Mel is an FF&E Design Consultant by day, dog mum by night. Her adorable Collie x Westie, Arlo, keeps her on the go!

Our Project Consultant, Mike, is a world record-breaking champion of Flag Football as well as leading exceptional school refurbishments.

From dog walks and discovering new places to hunting down great cafés, Natalie enjoys being out and about. In quieter moments, she likes drawing and sewing.

Our Project Consultant, Roger, has amassed a wealth of fit-out and furniture knowledge over the years. He is super-friendly and passionate about EVERYTHING – work, home and in between.

Whether she’s baking, swimming lengths, or listening to music, Rona brings enthusiasm to it all.

Rowan is always exploring the latest in IT and electronics, and when he’s not testing new tech, he’s cheering on his favourite teams as an avid rugby union fan.

Supply Chain Manager, Russell, has recently received his long service award having been with us for over 30 years. We don't know where we would be without him.

Sam’s a keen grower with an allotment full of veggies, a proud house-plant keeper, and a Bake Off-loving baker. She also spends time kayaking and paddleboarding with her family along the River Adur.

Scoring wins both in and out of the office, Sheldon’s skills in football help kick off new opportunities for the Business Development Team. You could say he is very goal orientated.

Not only is Siena well-versed for her role as Operation Support but she is also a seasoned cook.

Taryn loves exploring new places, staying active with pilates, and heading out on long country walks. When she’s not travelling or finding a new trail, she’s enjoying time with friends and family.

Most winter Saturdays, you’ll find Tim cutting and kiln-drying logs for a small community venture he’s set up at church — a project the young lads love getting involved in.

Truan's appetite and generosity knows no bounds. We don't know of anyone who buys as many sweets and cookies to share as Truan. And his generosity spills into his day job in Business Development, working hard to keep our clients happy too.

Our Head of Design, Victoria, doesn’t believe in downtime. When she’s not leading projects, she’s usually found renovating something, restoring a car, or talking lovingly to her tomato plants. Her garden produces enough for a small village, and the jam production is borderline industrial.

If Yasmin’s not running or practicing aerial acrobatics, she’s busy mastering calisthenics or sketching whatever inspires her in nature.
